AE BOTUYAN CONSTRUCTION AND STRUCTURAL CONSULTANCY, INC. (AEBI) is an engineering consultancy company established in February 1996 in Davao City.
Various engineering structures in the city as well as in the neighboring towns and municipalities, both private and government entities, engaged the consultancy services of the company and have been listed as satisfied clients of the company.

The company made its presence further known within the Western and Central Mindanao region in the field of subsurface soil investigation when in September 1999, the company was commissioned to conduct subsurface soil investigation on the President's SALAM Bridge Project for the Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The bridge sites covered the provinces of Tawi-tawi, Maguindanao, Lanao, Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat. Consequently, the Department of Local Government (DILG) engaged the company's services for the various local government bridge projects located from as far as La Union Province in Northern Luzon to Panay Province in the West, to the Bicol Region in the East, and back to mainland Mindanao.

Faithful to the company's mission to provide timely, quality and reliable service to her clients, by the year 2000, Ericsson Telecommunications, Inc. engaged the company's expertise in soil investigation for new cell sites in their expansion program as well as their requirement for structural and foundation analysis of building structures where cell towers are to be located at building roof decks. The initial roll out totaled to 167 cell sites distributed throughout Southern Luzon, Visayas, Palawan Regions and Mindanao under Globe Telecom.

Almost simultaneous, by the latter part of year 2000, SMART Communications, Inc. engaged the same soil testing services of AEBI for their proposed cell sites in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. As of the year 2008, AEBI is proud to have the soil investigation services to more than 600 cell sites. With the extensive exposure and involvement of the company in Private Port design and evaluation, AEBI was recently accredited by the Philippine Ports Authority, Southern Mindanao (PPA-SOMIN) to serve as an authority to conduct assessment and investigation as to the structural safety, reliability, stability, and integrity of the structures of private port facilities in the port district of Mindanao.

AEBI is proud to be involved as consultant to facilitate and evaluate structures and thus provide expert opinions as well as provide appropriate and economical solutions to the clients' engineering challenges. Thus, AEBI is actively engaged as consultant to the city of Davao and her leadership in the field of infrastructure development.
In October 27, 2004, the company was formally incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The thrust of the company's incorporation is to further strengthen and expand her capabilities and services in order to serve the fast growing demands of the engineering and construction industry.

The company, is conveniently located within a 4,000 square meter prime property along the Phil-Japan Friendship Highway (a.k.a. Diversion Road), adjacent to the beautiful Maa Bridge.
